The other week when I attended the felting workshop at MGVC I was offered a set of cards and instructional booklets for card weaving. I’d never really heard of it before, so naturally I was curious. Naturally I accepted the supplies and now I’m glad I did. A few years back I learned the basics of inkle weaving, but never really went too far with it. By adding the card technique I’ll be able to more readily manipulate the shed to create more intricate designs.
